Bob is a Member of the ALHD Board and represents the Western Australian operations of ALHD. Part of Bob’s role on the Board is to ensure ALHD is publicised and promoted appropriately in the Western Australian district. Bob is also the Secretary and Shed Coordinator for the Pinjarra Community Men’s Shed.
Bob enjoys his involvement in community projects and Lions Clubs. Born in NZ, Bob is a fan of the All Blacks and used to play Rugby Union himself.
Now the Chief Executive Officer, David commenced at Australian Lions Hearing Dogs in 2005 as a Kennel Attendant, and has worked his way through the ranks as a Trainer to taking on the role of CEO in 2016. David oversees the entire strategic and operational functions of the team at ALHD, and still enjoys assisting with obedience sessions, sound training, and delivering Hearing Assistance Dogs to recipients.
David prides himself on his approach-ability, friendliness and professionalism. He enjoys travelling and cruises with his wife, Melissa, and spending time with his three Huskies and French Bulldog. David is also the President of the Lions Club of Australian Hearing Dogs, and Zone 5 Chairman.
